Order Process

Step#1: Share Your Idea & Requirements

 Send us reference images (internet / existing idols / stone carvings), size preference (small / medium / large)

pose, style, deity or personalization details, we help you refine the perfect design.

Step#2: Wood Material

Available Teak Wood with Premium, durable, heavy, Large & premium statues

We confirm availability of the exact size before booking.

Step#3: Price Finalization

Price depends on: Wood type, Height & thickness, Level of detail & finishing, Delivery location

We provide a final quotation before work begins.

Step#4: Advance Payment to Start Work

A advance amount (minimum of 25% of total amount) is required to initiate carving.
This ensures mutual confirmation of the order.

Payment Options: Cash / UPI / Bank Transfer

Step#5: Work-In-Progress Updates

We keep you informed throughout:

Photos of carving stages, Short videos of detailing, Finish preview before polish

You can request minor changes during progress (if possible).

Step#6: Delivery & Packaging

Statues are light weight & delicate.
Delivery charges are paid by customer.

We handle safe packaging, courier / transport arrangements, tracking details shared on WhatsApp

Step#7: Timeline Commitment

We discuss timeline in advance based on: Size, Complexity, Current workload

Once agreed by customer — we proceed with carving
